From marketing, UI/UX, being a partner facing CSM and CSPO, and project management, Michelle has spent the last 12 years at In Time Tec cultivating skills and tools to take care of people and produce results. In the role of Head of Talent Management, Michelle has built an onshore team, leading hiring, training, and retention of over 100 engineers. Michelle has since taken up the role of VP of Business of Development focusing and partnering with In Time Tec clients to creating abundance.
