Give girls and young women the confidence to see themselves in STEM

Create a future where every voice matters

At Women Innovators (W.IN), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we believe every girl deserves to see herself as a future innovator.

We host workshops, events and mentorship programs that open doors to STEM careers. But we can’t do it without you. Your support funds these programs and creates opportunities for hundreds of Idaho girls and young women every year.

Talent is everywhere—but opportunity is not

Too many girls and young women in Idaho grow up without role models in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

They’re told, directly or indirectly, that these fields aren’t for them.

We’re here to change that.
