Alena Anderson is the owner of 4Front Consulting with a background primarily in construction management. She earned her Master’s degree in Project Management in 2015 and began her career working on projects in Alaska before continuing her work across the West Coast. The majority of her work has focused on high-end custom residential projects, with additional experience in commercial construction, emphasizing coordination, planning, and practical problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle. Helping young women familiarize themselves with STEM careers has been a passion of hers since she herself started in construction.
