Alecia Murray

Alecia Murray is a high tech business leader with extensive Research & Development (R&D), business strategy, and Product Management (PM) leadership experience. She worked for Hewlett-Packard for 15 years in engineering and leadership roles before moving to local Boise start-up, Cradlepoint, where she has served in both Product Management and R&D leadership roles. She recently returned to HP to lead the Technology & Innovations R&D organization after spending eleven years in tech startups ranging from subscription eCommerce to generative AI.

Alecia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Idaho as well as a High-Tech MBA from Walden University.

Alecia is passionate about building both innovative products and a thriving, diverse Boise tech environment. She started Women Innovators to connect, elevate and advocate for women interested in technology and innovation. She’s also motivated to create a tech environment that will be welcoming to the next generation of girls that include her two daughters.
